What's in the Continental Shop in a Box?
Every Shop in a Box includes one of six Continental crimpers: PC125, PC150, PC150HD, PC200i, PC440i, or the new PC160i. The system also comes with a CrimpIQ™ tablet, hose saw, hose reel rack, die shelf, insertion block assembly, Continental calipers, a four-drawer cabinet with small and large bins, hose helper, 10’ Continental air hose with nozzle, 6’ Continental sign, 6’ LED light kit, attached tape measure, 5’ 110V power strip, tooling mat, and an adjustable work table.
The PC160i crimper, introduced in 2024, offers automatic, semi-automatic, and manual modes. It is capable of handling true 1 ¼” specifications and extending to some 2” applications. Its simple three taps to crimp operation is designed to make setup fast and reliable.
The entire system is delivered as a complete hose assembly cell, incorporating proper flow, ergonomics, storage, hose cleaning with Ultra Clean, LED lighting, and digital integration with C-IQ Mobile.
