Dodge^® Safety Mount Spherical Roller Bearings

Dodge^® Safety Mount™ mounted spherical roller bearings are shaft-ready out of the box and incorporate revolutionary features to allow for up to four times faster installation compared to traditional SAF-style products. Ideally suited for bulk material and air handling applications, the bearing can be easily mounted or dismounted via its patented dual lock nut with predetermined drive-up and allows for simple, single-bolt securement with its patented lock plate—eliminating the need for hammering and specialty tools. The system also allows for simple installation and removal from the same side of the bearing, which means only one person is needed for the task.

Safety Mount features a mechanically-retained, triple-lip contact seal with a corrosion-resistant flinger to prevent contamination from entering the bearing during installation and operation. A labyrinth seal option is available for high-speed and high-temperature applications.

Dodge Safety Mount comes sensor-ready to accept Dodge sensors for condition monitoring, empowering you to remotely monitor the health of bearings with OPTIFY™ and streamline on-site maintenance.
