SITUATION:

A customer receives wastepaper shipments from Europe. After sorting, the paper undergoes a thorough cleaning process in a large drum washing machine with added water. Despite sorting, abrasive materials like glass and metal particles remained, posing a threat to the pipeline, especially at bends and weld seams. The customer sought to repair a damaged line quickly to prevent shutdown and revenue loss due to abrasion.

SOLUTION:
