LUBRIPLATE SYNFLUSH

LUBRIPLATE SYNFLUSH is a premium quality, pure synthetic fluid designed to clean and dissolve varnish/deposits found in rotary screw and reciprocating type air compressors while the compressor is in operation. Applications:
LUBRIPLATE SYNFLUSH is also designed for flushing compressors converting from petroleum/mineral oil to synthetic fluids. The flushing procedure removes the remaining petroleum oil that is unable to be removed by draining alone as well as cleaning the compressor prior to introducing the new synthetic fluid. LUBRIPLATE SYNFLUSH can also be used to clean hydraulic systems, gearboxes and reducers, FRL’s (Airline Oilers) and close looped circulating oil systems. LUBRIPLATE SYNFLUSH is not intended for automotive/diesel applications such as cleaning fuel injectors or crankcases.

LUBRIPLATE SYNFLUSH FG

LUBRIPLATE Synflush FG is a unique, modern technology product designed to clean systems where a switch from an H-2 lubricant to an NSF International H-1 Registered lubricant or a switch from a Mineral Oil or Polyalphaolefin based lubricant to an NSF International H-1 Registered Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG) based lubricant is required.

Applications:
LUBRIPLATE Synflush FG is compatible with Synthetic Polyalphaolefin, Polyolesters, Di-esters, Polyalkylene Glycols (PAG’s) as well as mineral based fluids; therefore, it may be used when switching from many types of fluids without leaving behind incompatible residue.

Recommendations:
Prior to using LUBRIPLATE Synflush FG, it is highly recommended, although not necessary, that a 4-ounce sample from the unit in question be submitted so that baseline testing may be performed. These test results will help to determine the effectiveness of the flushing procedures with subsequent oil samples.

Cleaning internal surfaces of gear box, air compressor, blower, hydraulic systems during normal machine operation. LUBRIPLATE Synflush FG can be added to any machine oil reservoir containing mineral oil or PAO synthetic hydrocarbon fluid 10-30% concentrations will give the existing fluid cleaning ability and gradually dissolve varnish/gum deposits. If equipped with oil filtration, filters should be monitored and changed as required. Typical cleaning time is 48 to 96 hours.
