An abrasive die-cut strip with ends spliced together forming a cylinder or sleeve with the diameter on one end being larger or smaller than the diameter of the opposite end. Aluminum oxide cuts fast and our stiff X-weight cotton cloth backing withstands applications where a cone shaped abrasive is used.
