• Our 3M™ Paint and Body Fine Scuff Pad is designed for scuffing base, primed, or painted surfaces for better adhesion of new coats of primer or paint. Non-woven nylon fiber pad will not rust, splinter or shred like steel wool, and features long-lasting, fast-cutting aluminum oxide abrasive. Flexible pad is great for hard-to-reach areas. The washable, reusable pad rinses clean.
