• Tongue and Groove Pliers are drop forged, heat treated, quenched and tempered carbon steel construction with satin chrome finish and user friendly vinyl grip handles. These pliers are general purpose adjustable industrial tools designed for use by plumbers, electricians, automotive and general industrial mechanics. They will grip round, square, flat and hexagonal objects and are capable of applying limited torque without damage to the work. The long handles provide extra leverage, and the jaws stay parallel at all settings giving them a better grip than with standard slip joint pliers.
