• Sledge Hammers are drop forged, heat treated, quenched and tempered heads. Available in head weights from 4 to 16 pounds, with burnt lacquer finish, Grade B (or better), Hickory wooden handles. This is a special purpose hammer with two (2) striking surfaces and extra long handle. They are designed for striking a wide variety of concrete, wood or steel objects or surfaces.
