• Rugged Elmasonic xtra ST high capacity ultrasonic cleaners are designed for cleaning a wide range of parts in a production environment. Chips and coolant are thoroughly removed from newly machined metal parts. Oil, grease, dust, fingerprints, and dirt are removed from used parts. Stubborn contaminants like polishing pastes are easily removed at 25 kHz. Fine cleaning is carried out at 45 kHz. The stainless steel tanks are wheel mounted for portability. The timer can be set from 1 to 30 minutes or for continuous operation. Temperature is adjustable from 30˚C to 80˚C with automatic start up when the set temperature is reached. For safety purposes the unit automatically shuts off at 90˚C or after 12 hours of continuous operation. All models have drains with stainless steel ball valves.
• The xtra ST sonic cleaner is designed to be easily serviced with minimum down time. The control panel/generator assembly can be quickly removed and replaced in house. Intelligent generators adjust themselves automatically to the transducers. Elmasonic xtra ST devices are rated for continuous operation under the highest operational demands. The robust tanks made of special stainless steel have a long service life. Dependable state-of-the-art Elma ultrasonic cleaners are made in Germany. Basket and lid must be ordered separately. Choice of stainless steel lift-off lid or insulated hinged lid for sound reduction.
