• LOCTITE® 754 Extend® Rust Treatment is a fast drying, milky white liquid latex coating applied to rusted metal to stop rust, protect and act as a primer for a finish coat. It is satisfactory for exterior exposure without a topcoat in mild environments. A maximum of two coats is recommended and allow seven to fourteen days for drying and curing. Severe environments require a suitable topcoat.
