- Twin-rod design permits a cylinder to reach full stroke without allowing any rotation of the rod. Ideal for use in automated pick and place applications. Twin round cylinder rods utilize proven sealing technology that outperforms nonrotating cylinders with oval or hex-shaped rods. Magnetic pistons, adjustable cushions, and a versatile tooling plate are standard. Reed or Hall Effect switches easily mount into the profile of the extruded-aluminum barrel. The tooling plate provides a round, counterbored surface for aligning your fixturing or a large flat surface on which fixturing or tooling can be mounted.
