• SHIRACLEAN high capacity industrial ultrasonic cleaners are designed to clean a wide range of parts in industrial shops and laboratories. Application areas include removal of chips and coolant from machined parts, solder flux removal, injection mold cleaning, and 3-D mold support removal. From aerospace to auto restoration, SHIRACLEAN units save time, labor and chemical disposal costs – all while cleaning a wide variety of parts quickly and effectively. All SHIRACLEAN models are mounted on casters for portability.
• SHIRACLEAN models include a basket, hinged lid, and solution filtration system with a particle filter and carbon oil filter. Solution filtration extends the lifetime of the cleaning solution reducing waste disposal cost. The weir and spray bar remove oil and particles floating on the liquid surface and prevent redeposition on the cleaned parts.
