- Dryer
description
- Designed for use in the compressor room or at the point of application, regenerative desiccant dryers provide an effective solution for treating contaminated compressed air. They use a desiccant media to remove moisture from the compressed air stream. The moist air passes through the desiccant media which adsorbs the moisture. The desiccant media has a finite capacity to adsorb moisture before it is dried or regenerated. Regenerative desiccant dryers are factory preset for a dew point of -40°C.
- High efficiency moisture removal and reliable operation with PLC controlled solenoid valves.
- Integrated volumetric flow limiter prevents excess flow, ensuring dew point is maintained.
- Constant flow and pressure, thanks to equalized pressure before changing columns to ensure uninterrupted compressed air and constant pressure. This ensures long desiccant life by minimizing desiccant attrition.
- High quality construction, 100% leak tested.
- Maintenance of patented combined filter and desiccant cartridges is quick and easy, in less than 15 minutes.
- Easy to install and ready to use.
- Compact design allowing installation in spaces too small for traditional dryers.
