• Champion two-stage, duplex air compressors offer a unique configuration that allows 100% redundancy on one frame. Duplex compressors have two compressors, two motors, and two starters mounted on a large capacity air receiver. You can operate one compressor at a time, alternating automatically between the two compressors, or when required, operate together to provide double the air delivered on a single unit. These compressor units are especially good for operations that require different capacities at different times. Also provides 100% backup in case one compressor is not able to run. Great for places where single-phase power does not allow 10 hp compressors. Duplex units are ideal for industrial, commercial, and automotive service.
