- LOCTITE® EA 9490 is a green/white, 2-part, epoxy adhesive stick that cures underwater and will bond to most damp surfaces. The product repairs, fills, and seals holes, cracks, and worn surfaces. Furthermore, LOCTITE EA 9490 may be drilled, tapped, sanded, machined and painted after curing. Unaffected by chlorinated or salt water.
