- LOCTITE® PC 9422 is a red, 2-part, thick, aggregate-filled liquid epoxy system designed for grouting up to 18 in (46 cm) deep, including self-leveling applications under rails and sole plates at typical dry service temperatures of -20 °F to +225 °F (-30 °C to 105 °C). It withstands high torque loading.
